Our engineers have more than a decade of experience in designing air movement equipment and are well versed in methods to maximize its performance. They are familiar with various design software, including Microstation, AutoCAD, Proengineer, etc. The production specifications of our fans and fire dampers are as follows:

• Pressure: 28Pa-1500Pa
• Temperature of fire valve: 70℃, 150℃, 280℃
• Fan material: can be chosen according to your requirements
• Dimensions of valve, air intake and outlet: can be customized according to your requirements

We own and operate a fully equipped production workshop, warehouse, assembly workshop, and testing workshop. We have complete sets of production and processing equipment including a cold roll forming machine, CNC cutting machine, shearing machine, bending machine, dynamic balancing testing machine, and more.

• Raw material inspection: the quality of each batch of purchased raw materials must be validated according to the acceptance criteria which includes the inspection of the appearance, length, thickness, performance, etc. Only qualified raw materials will be put in storage.
• Motor detection: the power of the motor will be tested by a three-phase power meter.
• Production inspection: we verify the semi-finished products of each manufacturing process to exclude rejected products for reworking or recycling.
• Pre-delivery inspection: the quality assurance department will perform comprehensive inspection on every product. Rejected products will be returned to the factory for reprocessing to reduce waste.
